Japanese Stock Market Soars 3% As Dubai Crisis Eases

– The stock market in Japan surged up nearly 3% on Monday as fears of Dubai financial crisis eased considerably after the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates assured additional liquidity facility to local and foreign banks following crisis in Dubai World.
