Australian stock market ends lower, mirroring Wall Street losses
Posted by on Mar 31st, 2009– The stock market in Australia declined on Tuesday, taking cues from Wall Street where the major indices declined sharply, led by automakers after the Obama Administration indicated that General Motors and Chrysler have not gone far enough in their restructuring plans and need to step up their efforts to reorganize in order to receive additional government aid.
